A 51 year old man was declared dead at the scene of an accident early Tuesday afternoon, about 10 kilometres south of Kincaid.
Ponteix and Gravelbourg RCMP responded to a 2-vehicle accident along with multiple EMS vehicles and STARS air ambulance and Kincaid Fire and Rescue.
Police were told a minivan with 2 people inside was heading south and a truck, also carrying 2 people, was heading west when they collided at the intersection of a grid road and Highway 19.
A 55 year old man from the minivan was transported to hospital in Saskatoon for serious, life-threatening injuries and a 20 year old woman was treated on scene for minor injuries.
The man who died was in the truck, as was a 33 year old man who was transported to hospital in Regina for serious life-threatening injuries.
The RCMP investigation is ongoing.
