The public is being alerted by the Saskatchewan Health Authority about a person who visited several Regina businesses earlier this week while likely infected with COVID-19.
The person, who has tested positive for the novel coronavirus, visited the North Y-M-C-A on Sunday, September 6th between 12:30 and 2 p.m.; visited the Regina airport and Enterprise vehicle rental at the airport on September 7th, picking up between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. and dropping off between 7 and 8 p.m. the same day; the person also visited the Taylor Lexus Toyota body shop on September 8th between 1:30 and 2:30 p.m.; then went to A-K Tire on September 9th between 2:15 and 2:30 p.m.; Finally, was at the Harbour Landing Walmart on September 9th between 3:30 and 4 p.m.
Anyone who was at these locations at those specific dates and times are asked to immediately self-isolate if they have or have had COVID-19 symptoms and to call Health Line 8-1-1 to arrange to be tested for the virus. Those people who are not experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, but were at those locations during the specified dates and times, should self-monitor for 14 days as symptoms may develop between two and 14 days following possible exposure to the COVID-19 virus.
