A man who is one of four charged in the death of a 31 year old man was sentenced today (Fri) to 8 years for manslaughter and six years to run concurrently for breaking and entering to commit an assault with a weapon. Mohamad Al-Zawahreh’s trial was by judge alone. He has already been in jail for 713 days, and was given 1-and-a-half times credit for that time, so he has about 5 years left.
Saskatoon Police were called to a home in the 100 block of Howell Avenue in September of 2019 about an injured man. Kevin Nataucappo was taken to hospital, but succumbed to his injuries.
