SARS-CoV-2 viral RNA load in Saskatoon’s wastewater has decreased by 53.2 per cent. Researchers at the University of Saskatchewan derive the value based on averages of three individual daily measurements in the latest reporting period, compared to the weekly average of the previous weeks.
In Prince Albert it has dropped by 95.9 per cent and in North Battleford it has reduced by 100 per cent. In all three communities the amount of COVID-19 in wastewater is considered low.
