The Prince Albert Police Service says there has been information circulating that Happy Charles, who was reported missing in 2017 has been located, but that isn’t the case. The investigation continues and anyone who may have information about her is asked to contact the police or submit a tip to Crime Stoppers. She was 42 when she went missing and was last seen in Prince Albert on April 3rd of 2017.
