RCMP say Highway 19, about 10 kilometers south of Kincaid was the scene of a serious motor vehicle accident. The highway was blocked in both directions for several hours. The accident happened sometime before three o’clock Tuesday afternoon. Detours were put in place. Then, around 7:30, police reported the highway had re-opened to traffic. No details yet on the accident itself.
