Drive-through COVID-19 testing began on Tuesday at Evraz Place and it begins Thursday in Saskatoon at an industrial building at 3630 Thatcher Avenue.
Testing will be Tuesdays through Thursdays from noon to 7:15 in Saskatoon and weekends from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
In Regina, the testing is Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 to 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
You don’t need an appointment or a referral, but you will need a valid Saskatchewan Health Card for each person getting tested.
A Canadian Armed Forces number or Interim Federal Health identification will also be accepted, and you will be required to wear a mask during the registration process.
The Saskatchewan Health Authority says these drive-through sites are first come, first served, so there may be some wait times.
You must wait in your vehicle and there are no public washrooms available.
These sites are in addition to the other testing and assessment centres across the province.
