A 49 year-old Regina high school teacher has been arrested and charged with sexual offences, including sexual exploitation. Regina Police say the arrest is the result of an investigation in what is described as social media communication of a sexual nature with a female youth. Police became aware of the incident on Thursday and as a result 49 year-old Jeffrey Dumba was arrested. Dumba’s first court appearance will be on October 21st.
