One person is dead after a two-vehicle collision this morning (wed) about two kilometers east of Kisbey on Highway 13. Carlyle RCMP say another person was injured. The highway will be closed for several hours this morning as a result. Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area and find alternate routes.
