Being rewarded is worth waiting for!
That’s what Nolan Barnes found out in September…and, as a result, the Saskatoon product and water-skier is the latest Sask Sport Athlete-of-the-Month.
Over the summer in Norway, Barnes set a world record in MP2 Slalom and a Canadian record in the MP2 Jump disciplines at the 2019 Disabled World Water Ski Championships. However, the records weren’t ratified until last month, which allowed him to become eligible for Sask Sport’s September salute. Following is the news release from Sask Sport…
