Two new Eden Care Community Group homes have been officially opened in Saskatoon. They will support nine people in a group home setting and three more in a supported independent living setting. Eden Care has been supporting people since 1950. The province contributes more than $3.7 million annually to Eden Care in support of people with intellectual disabilities.CEO Alan Stephen says, “Connecting people to the community through homes like this, ensures a life without limits for people living with diverse abilities.” These new group homes support the Saskatchewan Disability Strategy by creating residential services for people with disabilities.
