A Saskatoon woman has died after her SUV collided with a semi on Highway #2 north of Moose Jaw.

There is no word on what direction the vehicles were going when the accident occurred but the 26-year-old driver, and only person in the SUV, died at the scene.

Moose Jaw RCMP say they got the call on Friday at 6:25 p.m. and the driver of the semi was not injured.

RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance of a RCMP collision reconstructionist.
