Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes are investigating the death of a 29-year-old man on August 8th, 2025.
Swift Current Police responded to a call at approximately 1:10 a.m., of a report of a male who was injured at a residence on 1st Avenue NW in Swift Current. The male was taken to hospital where he was later declared deceased. His family has been notified, and police are unable to provide additional details at this time.
The man’s death is considered suspicious and Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes has taken carriage of the investigation.
There will be an increased police presence on 1st Avenue NW in Swift Current as this investigation continues.
