RCMP are alerting the public about a man wanted in a carjacking investigation.
Maidstone RCMP report that on Thursday night around 10:30, they were alerted about an armed carjacking north of Lloydminster.
Officers were told the male victim was driving 29 year old Ryan Chad Stonechild and his friends to Onion Lake from Lloydminster, and was told to pull over.
It’s alleged the victim was told to get out and two warning shots were fired to keep him away.
The stolen vehicle is a 2000 Gold Nissan Pathfinder – licence plate 033 MLU.
Police advise if you see him, call the police. He is considered armed and dangerous.
