Saskatoon Police are investigating a suspicious death. Yesterday around 1:20 in the afternoon, police attended an apartment complex in the 2200 block of St. Charles Avenue to check on the welfare of a resident.

Once officers entered the apartment, they found the 68 year-old resident dead. Members from the Major Crime Section and Forensic Identification Section along with the Coroners Service are investigating.

An autopsy will take place on Tuesday to determine the cause of death.
