Import defensive lineman Jeremy Faulk has rejoined the Saskatchewan Roughriders after attending training camp here in Saskatoon.
The 6’2″, 305-pounder had spent time in the N-F-L with the Jets and Cleveland. With starters Micah Johnson and Zach Evans both sidelined by injuries for Friday’s game in Montreal, Faulk could find his way onto the active roster. Johnson will not make the trip as head coach Craig Dickenson says he continues to recover from a sprained ankle suffered in last week’s victory over Hamilton. Faulk (6’2 – 305 lbs) rejoins the Club after attending training camp in 2019. Prior to coming to the Roughriders Faulk played in the now-defunct Alliance of American Football. Before that, the defensive lineman spent time with the New York Jets and the Cleveland Browns. Faulk played college ball at Garden City Community College earning defensive player of the year honours in 2015. In his last season he finished with 75 tackles, six quarterback sacks and two forced fumbles.
