Regina Police are investigating a robbery that happened around 10:45 Friday night in the 5000 block of 4th Avenue.

A 33 year-old man was walking in the area when he was then approached by a suspect vehicle with four occupants.

Two of the people in the vehicle had firearms and demanded personal property from the victim, who complied. The victim was then assaulted and was able to break free. The suspect vehicle was last seen driving eastbound.

The 33 year-old man was taken to hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries. Police say the suspects may be known to the victim.
