Two people were taken to hospital following a multi-vehicle collision on Circle Drive at the 8th Street overpass Sunday morning. A 40 year-old man and a 95 year-old woman were taken to hospital by EMS in stable condition with minor injuries. The drivers of both vehicles needed to be extricated by crews from the Fire Department. A Collision Analyst Unit remained on scene while northbound traffic on Circle Drive was diverted to 8th Street. Around four o’clock police advised that the traffic restrictions had been lifted.
