Saskatoon Police say they were called out to a report of a group of people fighting near Avenue W South and 19th Street around8:20 p.m.last night.

When they got there a 12 year old boy was being restrained after he allegedly went into a home and set off bear spray.

A 12 year old girl, a 35 year old woman and a 36 year old man were all suffering the effects of the bear spray and police learned a toddler may be have been exposed but officers couldn’t speak with the family because they’d left before police arrived.

Police say the victims and the suspect are not known to each other. A 12 year old boy is in court this morning to face 9 warrants of arrest for various offences as well as assault with a weapon and possession of a weapon dangerous to the public.
