Saskatoon Police tried, unsuccessfully, to pull over a motorcycle which sped past them around 1:45 a.m. this morning (thurs) in the area of 33rd Street and Avenue W.
The Air Support Unit managed to pinpoint the motorbike and say it was driving dangerously, on the sidewalk and on the wrong side of the road.
The vehicle was seen going into a garage in the 2000 block of Main Street.
The suspect officers tracked down was allegedly under the influence of what police believe is methamphetamine. Officers also seized bear pray and the motor cycle.
A 27 year old man is charged with dangerous driving, evade police, possession of a weapon dangerous to the public peace, impaired driving and breach of parole.
