Prince Albert Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the person in the three photos with this story

Prince Albert Police say the person in the photos may have information that could assist in the investigation of a missing person.

Happy Charles was last seen in Prince Albert on April 3rd of 2017. She is described as 5 foot 1, 115 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. She also has a scar on her left cheek and rose tattoo on her left hand.
