Saskatoon Police are investigating an armed robbery that happened early Sunday morning.

Just before 6:30, police responded to 700 block of 7th Avenue North after a male and female were approached by two males on BMX bikes.

One of the suspects showed a firearm and demanded their cell phones. No one was injured in the incident.

Police the two suspects haven’t been located and both are described as being in their early 20’s, wearing all black clothing.

The suspect with the firearm also had a black bandana covering his face. Anyone with information is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
