A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for 29 year old Catlin Wade Goodwill of Regina. He has been charged with manslaughter in connection to a 2 year old police investigation into the death of an infant.
The investigation began October 14th, 2017 when police were called to the hospital after 3 month old Keenan Julius Spencer of Regina died.
Regina Police and the Saskatchewan Coroner’s Service, say they gathered enough evidence around the circumstances of the baby’s death to support a charge of manslaughter.
Goodwill is described as indigenous with a light complexion, 5’9″ tall, about 200 pounds, medium build, brown eyes, black hair with a moustache and goatee. Anyone who knows his whereabouts is asked to contact Regina Police, the nearest RCMP detachment or Crime Stoppers.
