29 year old Catlin Wade Goodwill of Regina has been arrested after a Canada-Wide Warrant was issued. He has been charged with manslaughter in connection to a 2 year old police investigation into the death of an infant.

The investigation began October 14th, 2017 when police were called to the hospital after 3 month old Keenan Julius Spencer of Regina died.

Regina Police and the Saskatchewan Coroner’s Service, say they gathered enough evidence around the circumstances of the baby’s death to support a charge of manslaughter.

Goodwill appears in Provincial Court in Regina this afternoon (Tues).
