The National Lacrosse League will have a new look in 2020.
The League is now split into three divisions with the addition of expansion franchises in New York and Rochester.
The Saskatchewan Rush remain in the west with Calgary, Colorado, Vancouver and San Diego with the remaining teams spread through the North and East Divisions.
The playoff format is also changing.
The regular season division winners will get the top three seeds. The three second place teams will be seeded four-through-six.
The teams with the best two remaining records will get the final two wild card berths.
All of the final placings will depend on records and tiebreakers.
The first two rounds of the playoffs will be single elimination games with the final remaining a best-of-three series.
The Rush finished first in the west last season with an 11-7 record but were upset by fourth-place Colorado in the division semifinal.
