Running Back Adam Machart is the Canada West Football offensive player of the week.

The Arts and Science student from Saskatoon rushed for 134 yards on 15 carries, scoring two touchdowns and added another 39 receiving yards helping lead the Huskies to a 40-7 home opening win over U-B-C on Friday night.

The Huskies head to Regina Friday to take on the Rams. Opening kick-off is at 7 o’clock with the 600 CJWW broadcast starting at 6. Both teams have 1-1 records
