The College of Dentistry at the University of Saskatchewan has received the largest donation in its history; just over $1 million from dentalcorp [sic]. The money will be used for the construction and equipment costs for the dental clinic to be located at the future Usask campus in Prince Albert. Dentalcorp is focusing on partnering with general and specialist dental clinics, like the one in USask’s new northern campus. The university says the clinic in Prince Albert will play a key role in improving access to oral health care service for priority populations in the community. An official ground-breaking ceremony for the Prince Albert Campus will be held on Monday. Construction is expected to be finished by September 2020.
