A 39 year old man wanted on a Canada Wide warrant is facing more than 20 charges after a Saskatoon Police Service member of the Combined Traffic Services Saskatchewan spotted a stolen vehicle.
The Automatic License Plate Reader alerted the officer to a stolen car on Highway 7 near McGee, which is about 20 kilometres southwest of Rosetown.
Police say the driver had numerous outstanding warrants, as well, they seized a semi-automatic non-restricted rifle and ammunition.
The vehicle had been stolen from North Vancouver, BC and the license plate had been stolen from Prince Albert.

- Possession of Firearm Obtained of Commission of Offence
