Prince Albert Police say a 59 year old man and a 60 year old man face charges of possession of a controlled substance for the purposes of trafficking and possession of the proceeds of crime after they executed a search warrant Friday evening.
Police say they seized 18-hundred Hydromorphone and Dilaudid pills and capsules in various amounts totaling more than 12-thousand milligrams and a total value of approximately $40,000. Police also seized $8,000 cash from the home in the 500 block of 12th Street East.
The search and consequent arrests were made through an investigation by the Integrated Street Enforcement Team which is made up of the Prince Albert Police Service and the RCMP.
