Four men accused in the weekend death of a 31 year old man in the Hudson Bay Park neighbourhood will be back in court Wednesday.

23-year-old Mohamad Al-Zawahareh, 37-year-old Darrel Keith Dustyhorn, 21-year-old Destin Mosquito and 25-year old Devin Aldon Wesaquate appeared in Saskatoon Provincial Court Monday charged with manslaughter, assault with a weapon and break and enter.

Saskatoon Police say they were called to a residence in the 100 block of Howell Avenue just after 5 o’clock Saturday morning to investigate a call about an injured man following an alleged home invasion.

31-year-old Kevin Nataucappo was taken by ambulance to hospital but succumbed to his injuries.

This is Saskatoon’s 13th homicide of the year.
