Unity RCMP responded to a fatal accident between a train and an SUV on Monday afternoon.

A vehicle traveling north on Highway 21, at highway speed, collided with a train going westbound also at full speed.

The accident happened near the intersection of Highway 21 and Highway 14.

Alcohol and Drugs are not suspected in the collision.

One man, the only occupant of the SUV, was killed in the crash.
