A 39-year-old Saskatoon man is facing possession, trafficking and weapons charges after police saw what they thought was a drug buy going down.
Police say officers found 36 grams of methamphetamine, close to a gram of fentanyl, five grams of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia while searching the suspect’s car in the 900 block of 22nd Street West.
The Thursday bust included a search of an apartment in the 400 block of 3rd Avenue North where police say a .45 calibre airsoft gun and bear spray were seized.
A 23-year-old woman also arrested at the scene was wanted on warrants out of the Battlefords.
