Prince Albert Police say they have prevented about 100-thousand dollars worth of methamphetamine from hitting the streeets.
Officers from the Integrated Street Enforcement Team found close to three pounds of the drug in a Thursday night search of a vehicle in the 500 block of 15th Street East.
A man was arrested after trying to flee on foot.
Police say officers also found a sawed-off shotgun, ammunition, brass knuckles, a digital scale and drug peraphernalia in a subsequent raid on a residence on the 500 block of 26th Street East.
A 36-year-old man is facing numerous drug and weapons charges.
In addition to several weapons charges a 32-year old man is accused of resisting arrest.
