The City of Saskatoon says crews are out applying de-icing materials on priority 1 streets; that’s the freeway, access to emergency services and hospitals, and major roadways.
They are also de-icing on priority 2 streets like Broadway Avenue or Fairlight Drive and on priority 3 streets such as around schools, and arterials and collectors.
Crews are also plowing and grading priority streets, as well as grading high-traffic sidewalks and pathways.
