A Regina police officer suffered a serious but not life-threatening injury while making an arrest Sunday afternoon. Just before four o’clock, police went to a parkade on the 21 hundred block of Saskatchewan Drive on a report of a stolen vehicle. They found it and a suspect and, when they tried to make an arrest, police allege the suspect resisted and the officer was injured. A taser was used and the suspect was arrested. The officer was taken to hospital. The matter remains under investigation.
