Three boys appeared in youth court this morning (Thurs), each facing charges that include second degree murder in connection to the death of a 15 year old boy last Saturday. He collapsed in the ATM area of the Credit Union in the 2300 block of Arlington Avenue just before noon that day. Saskatoon Police say the boy died of a gunshot wound. The victim’s family has asked that his name not be released.
A 17 year old and two 15 year olds appeared in court and have been remanded until their next court date on November 15th. They were also given orders not to have contact with 5 teens, including each other. Investigators don’t believe the incident was random.
