Mayor Charlie Clark will flip the switch and place the first gift under the Secret Santa Christmas Tree at noon at City Hall to kick-off the 36th Annual Secret Santa campaign. Secret Santa was founded by late radio personality, Denny Carr. He wanted to ensure that all children in Saskatoon would received a new toy for Christmas. With the campaign launch, Secret Santa is accepting cash donations along with new, unwrapped toys for children.
