Regina Police have identified the man who was the victim of a homicide last Thursday on the 1800 block of St. John Street. Officers were sent on the report of a man found dead at the location. 61 year-old Paul Richard Brule was the victim. The family has been notified. A 60 year-old male has been charged with Manslaughter. The Regina Police Service, along with the Coroner’s Service, continue the investigation.
