A Redvers man, who is the leader of the small, unregistered, far right Canadian Nationalist Party, has been charged with allegedly assaulting two women in Regina earlier this month. Twenty-eight-year-old Travis Patron was arrested November 2nd after Regina Police were called to the 1900 block of Victoria Avenue where a 33 and 43-year-old woman had been assaulted. Both women had visible injuries and were taken to hospital for treatment. Patron ran for the Canadian Nationalist Party in the riding of Souris-Moose Mountain in the recent federal election and lost. His next court appearance will be November 25th.
