Governor General Julie Payette will be investing 39 people into the Order of Canada tomorrow Morning [thurs] at Rideau hall. Three will be recognized as Companions, five as Officers and 31 as Members. One person from Saskatchewan will join the ranks of Member. Shelley Ann Marie Brown of Saskatoon is described as a trailblazer for women in accounting. She is a senior partner and board member at Deloitte Canada. She has also served on the boards of CPA Canada, the University of Saskatchewan, Covenant House Vancouver, and the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation.
