Just before 8 Friday night, Saskatoon Police and the Saskatoon Fire Department responded to a house fire in the 700 block of Ledingham Place in Rosewood.

A news release says the fire started in the basement and was extinguished quickly. Nobody was injured.

Damage is unknown at this time and cause of the fire is under investigation.
