Prince Albert’s Parkland Ambulance has singled out three employees for awards of merit. Jessica Masserey is the Telecommunicator of the Year. A news release from Parkland says the telecommunicator is an integral part of the team. They need to be courteous, friendly and manage multiple situations in the central dispatch centre.

The Rookie of the Year is Kolby Ellis. The award is given to someone who shows leadership and initiative in becoming a part of the health care team. The third award of merit, Employee of the Year, goes to Merissa Nyberg. The award recognizes high performance standards and professional conduct, and the integrity and dedication to their fellow employees.
