A 29-year-old man suffered a leg wound in a Saturday morning shooting incident in Prince Albert.

Police say he was taken to hospital at about 6:30 a.m. from the 11-hundred block of 17th Street West.

Meanwhile officers were called to the 1-thousand block of 17th West about five hours later after a witness heard a shot and saw a man and woman walking in the area.

A 23-year-old man was faces several charges after officers found a shotgun in a residence.
Prince Albert Police are also investigating a break in to the Kinsmen Ski Hill compound at Little Red River Park.

Police say the fence was cut and cords to operate two snow making machines containing copper wire were taken sometime between Saturday night and Sunday morning.
