A suspect armed with a firearm sent Prince Albert’s SWAT team and Crisis Negotiator team into action around 9:15 Monday night. It initially came in as a gun call at a residence on the 300 block of 9th Street East. Patrol officers took one man into custody after he left the residence prior to the specialty teams arriving. About an hour later, three women and another man walked out and surrendered. When police searched the home they allegedly found a sawed-off rifle and an imitation firearm. The two men, aged 19 and 25, are facing firearms charges.
