Devan Harrison might see action Saturday against his former Kamloops’ team-mates!
The 19-year-old defenceman was acquired by the Prince Albert Raiders from the Blazers Thursday for a conditional 10th round Bantam Draft pick in 2021. The Dysart, Sk., product has split time the last two seasons between Kamloops and the S-J-H-L’s Estevan Bruins. Harrison was with Estevan at the time of the deal. Raiders Acquire Harrison From Blazers
Prince Albert, SK – The Prince Albert Raiders have acquired 2000-born defenceman Devan Harrison from the Kamloops Blazers in exchange for a conditional 10th-round pick in the 2021 WHL Bantam Draft.
Harrison, who hails from Dysart, SK, is currently playing for the Estevan Bruins of the SJHL. The 6’2, 188-lb rearguard has averaged more than half a point per game in 52 games over parts of two seasons in Estevan.
The blueliner was a second-round pick of the Blazers in the 2015 WHL Bantam Draft. He has dressed in 62 career WHL games for Kamloops, picking up a goal and four assists to go along with 18 penalty minutes.
