The Prince Albert Police Service has seen positive results from the recent break and enter task force that was established over the summer to address property crime in the community.
A news release from P.A. Police says three full-time officers were deployed to the task force which launched on August 20th.
The imitative came to an end on October 31st.
During that time, officers solved 21 break and enters to four houses, nine businesses and 8 garages or sheds. Charges were also laid against 14 people.
The months of June, July and August saw a combined 285 break and enters in Prince Albert, while September and October saw a combined 87 b&e’s.
