Parkland Ambulance say, by mid-afternoon on Sunday, they had responded to 113 calls on the weekend including a train and vehicle accident. The train and the vehicle collided around 8:50 p.m. Saturday night 1 kilometre east of the junction of Highway 2 and Wahpeton turn off. Paramedics took a 27 year old woman and a 34 year old man to hospital in what is described as good and stable condition but they did need further care.
