The 2019 Citizen of the year in Saskatoon is Harold Chapman.

He is a founding member of the Saskatoon Community Clinic and a prime mover in the establishment of Station 20 West.

Chapman’s 50 years of community service also includes work with the Saskatoon Council on Aging, Rotary Club of Saskatoon and the McClure Place Foundation.

He has an honorary Doctor of Laws degree from the University of Saskatchewan and is a member of the Order of Canada.

Chapman will receive the award at a reception later this month.
