A 12 year old boy who was denied bail in connection to the fire at a Walmart in Regina is back in court today.
The boy, who can’t be named because of his age, allegedly walked into the store and set fire to some paper towels at the store on December 10th. The store has been closed since as virtually everything inside suffered smoke and water damage. A re-opening date is still not set.
The boy is also facing other charges including one stemming from an October altercation where he is accused of threatening to shoot students and staff at a Regina Elementary School.
