A business owner in Regina says Unifor has the wrong guy after including him in a recent video posted on social media allegedly showing temporary workers hired by the Co-op refinery during their lockout. He says he has nothing to do with either side. Kalpesh Patel, says he has since received a number of calls about the issue, including some phone numbers he either didn’t recognize or are private. He says this is about protecting himself; stopping further damage to his name and his business. Patel says he will be talking to a lawyer about this.
